Dans tous les cas, les param\u00e8tres optimaux de qualit\u00e9 de l'eau varient en fonction de l'esp\u00e8ce \u00e0 cultiver et de la technologie de culture utilis\u00e9e.  Il est important de conna\u00eetre les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physico-chimiques qui vous sont n\u00e9cessaires.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour obtenir un bon d\u00e9veloppement des cultures aquacoles, l'eau doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un minimum de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques, physiques et biologiques en fonction des esp\u00e8ces utilis\u00e9es, selon Minagricultura.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D'une part, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques de l'eau, telles que la temp\u00e9rature et la turbidit\u00e9, doivent se situer dans la fourchette appropri\u00e9e pour les esp\u00e8ces cultiv\u00e9es et \u00eatre aussi stables que possible, en \u00e9vitant les changements brusques ; il est conseill\u00e9 de maintenir la turbidit\u00e9 des mati\u00e8res en suspension \u00e0 un niveau bas, car un exc\u00e8s de celles-ci r\u00e9duit la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de la lumi\u00e8re solaire, emp\u00eachant la photosynth\u00e8se et provoquant donc une diminution des niveaux d'oxyg\u00e8ne dissous ; la concentration des mati\u00e8res en suspension ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 80 mg\/L dans les \u00e9tangs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En revanche, les principales propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler sont l'oxyg\u00e8ne dissous, le dioxyde de carbone, le pH, la duret\u00e9, l'alcalinit\u00e9, l'ammonium, les nitrites et les phosphates.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si l'un des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/chemistry\/physico-chemical-property\">propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physicochimiques<\/a> sont modifi\u00e9es \u00e0 des valeurs qui ne conviennent pas \u00e0 l'esp\u00e8ce \u00e9lev\u00e9e, les poissons changent de m\u00e9tabolisme, perdent l'app\u00e9tit, diminuent leur taux de croissance et\/ou sont plus vuln\u00e9rables aux maladies et \u00e0 la mort, indique le minist\u00e8re de l'agriculture.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, l'oxyg\u00e8ne dissous est une mesure de \"la quantit\u00e9 d'oxyg\u00e8ne dissous dans l'eau, ou la quantit\u00e9 d'oxyg\u00e8ne disponible pour les animaux aquatiques\".
