{"id":230512,"date":"2024-11-07T10:31:07","date_gmt":"2024-11-07T15:31:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sightline.com\/?p=230512"},"modified":"2026-02-17T15:47:46","modified_gmt":"2026-02-17T20:47:46","slug":"how-aqua-sightline-helps-you-measure-the-physicochemical-parameters-of-your-crop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sightline.com\/es\/how-aqua-sightline-helps-you-measure-the-physicochemical-parameters-of-your-crop\/aquaculture-blogs\/","title":{"rendered":"As\u00ed le ayuda AQUA Sightline a medir los par\u00e1metros f\u00edsicoqu\u00edmicos de su cultivo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En piscicultura y engorde, el \u00e9xito depende de una buena gesti\u00f3n tanto de los recursos h\u00eddricos como de los peces, de la calidad gen\u00e9tica, de una dieta equilibrada, de un saneamiento estricto, de una conservaci\u00f3n adecuada y de las propiedades fisicoqu\u00edmicas, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y m\u00e9todos de transporte y canales de comercializaci\u00f3n adecuados para el producto final, como subraya el Ministerio de Agricultura colombiano.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Precisamente en Huila, mayor productor pisc\u00edcola del pa\u00eds y, por tanto, referente para el territorio nacional, la Gobernaci\u00f3n Departamental ha reiterado que se debe avanzar en materia sanitaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Biol\u00f3gicamente, el agua se compone de bacterias fotosint\u00e9ticas, microorganismos saprofitos (bacterias, hongos y par\u00e1sitos), fitoplancton y zooplancton; qu\u00edmicamente, adem\u00e1s de hidr\u00f3geno y ox\u00edgeno, contiene minerales, metales y contaminantes espec\u00edficos de cada regi\u00f3n. En todos los casos, los par\u00e1metros \u00f3ptimos de calidad del agua var\u00edan en funci\u00f3n de la especie que se vaya a cultivar y de la tecnolog\u00eda de cultivo utilizada.  Es importante conocer las propiedades fisicoqu\u00edmicas necesarias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para lograr un buen desarrollo en los cultivos acu\u00edcolas el agua tiene que cumplir con un m\u00ednimo de propiedades qu\u00edmicas, f\u00edsicas y biol\u00f3gicas acordes con la especie a utilizar, se\u00f1ala Minagricultura.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por un lado, las propiedades f\u00edsicas del agua como la temperatura y la turbidez, deben estar dentro del rango apropiado para la especie en cultivo y ser lo m\u00e1s estables posible, evitando cambios bruscos; es conveniente mantener baja la turbidez por materiales en suspensi\u00f3n, pues un exceso de ellos disminuye la penetraci\u00f3n de los rayos solares, impidiendo la fotos\u00edntesis y, por lo tanto, provocando disminuci\u00f3n de los niveles de ox\u00edgeno disuelto; la concentraci\u00f3n de materiales en suspensi\u00f3n no debe sobrepasar los 80 mg\/L en los estanques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y de otra parte, las principales propiedades qu\u00edmicas a controlar son el ox\u00edgeno disuelto, el di\u00f3xido de carbono, el pH, la dureza, la alcalinidad, el amonio, los nitritos y los fosfatos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si alguno de los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/chemistry\/physico-chemical-property\">propiedades fisicoqu\u00edmicas<\/a> se alteran a valores que no son apropiados para la especie que se cr\u00eda, los peces cambian su metabolismo, pierden el apetito, disminuyen su ritmo de crecimiento y\/o son m\u00e1s vulnerables a las enfermedades y a la muerte, dice el Ministerio de Agricultura.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concretamente el ox\u00edgeno disuelto es una medida de \u201ccu\u00e1nto ox\u00edgeno se disuelve en el agua, o la cantidad de ox\u00edgeno disponible para los animales acu\u00e1ticos. El hidr\u00f3geno potencial o pH es la medida de cu\u00e1n \u00e1cida o b\u00e1sica es el agua. Var\u00eda de 0 a 14, siendo siete la zona id\u00f3nea. Al igual que los humanos, los organismos acu\u00e1ticos necesitan ox\u00edgeno para sobrevivir, reproducirse y crecer.
