Les caract\u00e9ristiques statistiques des donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9ries temporelles vont souvent \u00e0 l'encontre des hypoth\u00e8ses des m\u00e9thodes statistiques conventionnelles. Pour cette raison, l'analyse des donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9ries temporelles n\u00e9cessite un ensemble unique d'outils et de m\u00e9thodes, connu sous le nom d'analyse de s\u00e9ries temporelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La pr\u00e9vision est l'un des moyens d'analyser les s\u00e9ries temporelles afin de d\u00e9terminer les tendances futures des donn\u00e9es d'entr\u00e9e donn\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Il existe deux cat\u00e9gories de techniques populaires de pr\u00e9vision des donn\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9ries temporelles univari\u00e9es :<\/strong> Une seule variable varie dans le temps. Par exemple, les donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es par un capteur mesurant la vitesse d'un moteur toutes les secondes. Par cons\u00e9quent, chaque seconde, vous n'aurez qu'une valeur unidimensionnelle, \u00e0 savoir la vitesse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9ries temporelles multivari\u00e9es :<\/strong> Plusieurs variables varient dans le temps. Par exemple, un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre tri-axial. Il y a trois acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations, une pour chaque axe (x, y, z) et elles varient simultan\u00e9ment dans le temps.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque technique comporte plusieurs m\u00e9thodes ou formules de pr\u00e9vision. GARCH, SARIMA, etc. sont des exemples de techniques univari\u00e9es. VAR, VECM, etc. sont des exemples de techniques multivari\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment choisir le bon mod\u00e8le de pr\u00e9vision des donn\u00e9es ?<\/h2>\n<p>Outre les techniques univari\u00e9es ou multivari\u00e9es, la structure (ou le comportement) des donn\u00e9es influence le choix du \"mod\u00e8le\" ou de la \"formule de pr\u00e9vision\" appropri\u00e9s. Parmi les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui influencent le comportement des donn\u00e9es, on peut citer : la saisonnalit\u00e9, la tendance (lin\u00e9aire ou non lin\u00e9aire), etc.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, en utilisant des donn\u00e9es univari\u00e9es, SARIMA avec des param\u00e8tres appropri\u00e9s pourrait \u00eatre un bon mod\u00e8le \u00e0 utiliser pour traiter des donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9ries temporelles avec saisonnalit\u00e9. S'il n'y a pas de saisonnalit\u00e9 dans les donn\u00e9es, ARIMA peut \u00eatre une bonne approche.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SARIMA :<\/strong> Il s'agit de l'ARIMA saisonnier. <em>s\u00e9rie avec composante saisonni\u00e8re <\/em>qui n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9r\u00e9es d'une mani\u00e8re ou d'une autre. Dans ce cas, nous devons fournir <em>7 param\u00e8tres<\/em> o\u00f9 3 pour ARIMA (AR, I, MA) et 3 pour ARIMA saisonnier (Season AR, Season I, Season MA) et un pour la dur\u00e9e de la saisonnalit\u00e9 (12 mois, 6 mois selon les donn\u00e9es).<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARIMA :<\/strong> Il est<em> R\u00e9gression automatique Moyenne mobile int\u00e9gr\u00e9e<\/em>. Ici, le terme int\u00e9gr\u00e9 se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 la diff\u00e9renciation, c'est-\u00e0-dire que, par exemple, si l'on calcule le 5e terme \u00e0 l'ordre 3, il s'agira du 4e + (4e-3e)+(3e-2e) termes.<\/p>\n<p>Les capacit\u00e9s analytiques de Sightline EDM traitent les pr\u00e9visions de donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9ries temporelles afin d'aider les clients \u00e0 identifier les tendances futures des donn\u00e9es de leurs machines en utilisant les techniques d\u00e9crites ci-dessus.
