AQUA Sightline Releases 2.0 Update to Provide Cutting-Edge Advancements in Aquaculture Artificial Intelligence

Just as the foundation of aquaculture remains the same in the evolving market, the foundation of our AQUA Sightline app does, too. However, new adjustments in Aquaculture Artificial Intelligence have been added to our app as a 2.0 update is now being released, mastering needed improvements in the technological advancements of the ever-evolving world of aquaculture.

The AQUA Sightline App

The initial release of the AQUA Sightline app provided data intelligence by allowing farmers to monitor their reports across ponds and facilities and compare that data to a linear growth model to determine the efficacy of current systems. This allows for optimized production processes and a sense of ease when recording data. For the farmers and workers out there conducting hands-on work, the app has made for a smoother and easier day overall, cutting out the need to over-record the same data on paper report after paper report. After the successful launch of AQUA Sightline 1.0, we are thrilled to report that a new 2.0 version is here. AQUA Sightline 2.0 provides developments in Aquaculture Artificial Intelligence as our system can now adjust and make recommendations for the betterment of your batch with a new model. It uses historical growth data compared to your specific current and historical data points to determine the best path forward to a successful harvest.

Just as important as the aquaculture artificial technology, perhaps, is the way in which the updated data has been obtained. Because we care about you, your workers, and your bottom line, AQUA Sightline has worked to receive feedback and implement change from  people actively utilizing the app: the farmers. More Accurate Growth Estimation of Growth Modeling Through Process

• With the updated aquaculture artificial intelligence, you will find a new process that allows for granularity. This will provide you the opportunity to change the rate of growth and create a growth strategy plan to estimate your weekly growth of each batch. 
• The updated AQUA Sightline 2.0 will also apply this new model to mortality estimations. 
• We are thrilled to report that the system will now rely heavily on a new growth model to help the user understand batch size at any given time. This means that you can perform fewer  timely and stressful growth data checks.
• The 2.0 sizing model will help you to gauge how well the fish are conforming to your plan so you and your team can actively make adjustments as needed.
• These updates allow for continuous refinement instead of a set linear path. Not every pond or batch is the same, and we recognize that. The update allows more freedom in setting the analysis and tools that will work best for you and your team.

Feed Inventory Management

• Our updated aquaculture artificial intelligence allows farmers to track feed in and out. This can then be converted into the cost of how much feed costs per pound of fish growth so you can best optimize your feed conversion ratio. As you know, feed is the single highest expense in raising a batch of fish, so having an understanding of this data made so easily available is a major advantage for you and your team.
